1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the piso99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. piso99 employs automated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and behavioral patterns.

If piso99 determines that you have created or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with you;
• Void any wagers, bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits obtained through duplicate accounts;
• Confiscate any funds remaining in such accounts;
• Report the violation to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to law enforcement authorities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

piso99 accepts deposits through the following payment methods approved for use within the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other licensed payment service providers as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be conducted at the prevailing exchange rate determined by your payment provider, and any associated conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

Deposits are typically credited to your piso99 account balance within seconds to minutes, depending on the payment method selected. piso99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your piso99 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering and Suspicious Activity

piso99 is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial activity. We maintain robust AML policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You agree that:

• All funds deposited into your piso99 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity;
• You will not use piso99 services to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• piso99 reserves the right to suspend your account, freeze funds, and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities without prior notice.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 General Bonus Terms

piso99 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions") from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, all Promotions are subject to these Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual Promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

Participation in Promotions is entirely voluntary. By accepting a bonus or participating in a Promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

piso99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel Promotions, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, irregular play patterns, or fraudulent activity. Examples of prohibited conduct include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Using third-party payment methods or stolen payment credentials;
• Employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., opposite betting, low-risk strategies);

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined randomly and independently, and piso99 does not influence, manipulate, or alter results in any manner.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the piso99 software or infrastructure;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or offensive conduct toward other players or piso99 staff;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any illegal activity.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension by piso99

piso99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Your account has been flagged by our fraud detection systems;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

Upon suspension or termination for breach of these Terms, piso99 reserves the right to withhold any funds remaining in your account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited permanently and reported to the appropriate authorities, including PAGCOR and the AMLC.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your piso99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team through the 24/7 live chat service. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and verification requirements have been satisfied. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, piso99 offers a formal self-exclusion program that prevents access to your account for a specified period ranging from 72 hours to permanent exclusion. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, piso99 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if piso99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, piso99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 No Guarantee of Winnings

Gambling involves financial risk. piso99 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the likelihood of winning or the expected return on any wager. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live physical equipment, and past results do not influence or predict future outcomes. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your piso99 account.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

piso99 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 10. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the piso99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and piso99, you agree to first contact our customer support team in good faith and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. piso99 will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures will apply, and both parties agree to cooperate fully with any investigation or determination made by PAGCOR.

10.3 Jurisdiction

For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or such other court of competent jurisdiction as may be designated by PAGCOR in its regulatory capacity over the piso99 platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

piso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the piso99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by piso99 in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A single or partial exercise of any right shall not preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of piso99. piso99 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, including in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that such assignment does not materially diminish your rights as a player.

12.5 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
